Kapolres Payakumbuh AKBP Ricky Ricardo, S.I.K.S.H.M.H, melalui Kabag Ops Kompol Julianson menyebutkan pelaksanaan upacara yang di gelar merupakan momentum untuk kembali mengingat kembali dan menanamkan di sanubari para personil tentang pentingnya nilai-nilai Pancasila sebagai dasar negara.
” Jadi bukan sekedar agenda tahunan saja, banyak nilai-nilai luhur yang terkandung di dalam Pancasila sebagai dasar negara yang harus kita pedomani dan di implementasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, ” ungkap Kompol Julianson
Salah satu rangkaian penting dalam upacara tersebut adalah pembacaan Ikrar Hari Kesaktian Pancasila. Ikrar tersebut sebagai komitmen untuk menjaga dan mempertahankan Pancasila sebagai ideologi bangsa.
Secara singkat Kompol Julianson menyebutkan ikrar tersebut memiliki makna tekad bangsa Indonesia untuk terus mempertahankan dan mengamalkan nilai-nilai Pancasila
